FleetGrader

Privacy

Nothing about your fleet reaches us.
Here's the complete list of what does.

FleetGrader is built local-first — see what that actually means. This page is the honest, complete list of the little that isn't local: an email address, and the payment details PayPal already handles.

What we never see

Your fleet inventory. Ever.

Hostnames, serial numbers, client names, IP addresses, credentials — none of it leaves your machine. FleetGrader reads a file you already have and writes the report back to disk. No account, no cloud sync, no upload step, and no server on our side that could receive your fleet data even by accident. The MCP server holds to the same rule.

What we do collect

One email address. That's the list.

Downloading the trial or buying a license asks for an email — that's it. It's used to send you the download link, your license key, and the occasional release note. Buying through PayPal also passes us the name and order ID PayPal already has on file, so the right key reaches the right order. No analytics, no trackers, on this site. We don't sell or share any of it.

Payment

PayPal handles your card. We never see it.

Checkout runs entirely inside PayPal's own flow. Your card number and billing details go to PayPal, not to us — we only get back a name, an email, and an order ID once the charge succeeds.

Questions

Ask if something here doesn't match what the product does.

This page describes the actual data flow, not a policy written to sound reassuring. If you find a gap between this and reality, that's a bug report.
