How to get one

Within 30 days of buying, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your license key. You don't need to give a reason. I refund the full amount through PayPal, back to however you paid, and switch the key off.

After 30 days

A license runs for a year and doesn't renew by itself, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again. If something went badly wrong after the 30 days, write anyway and tell me what happened.

If the mistake was ours

Charged twice, or the key never arrived? Tell me whenever you notice. I'll refund the duplicate or resend the key, with no time limit.
