What a license covers

A license is for one person. Use it for your own fleets and for as many client fleets as you run. There's no per-device metering, and you can run as many reports as you like.

It lasts one year from the day you buy it and covers every update released in that year. It doesn't renew by itself: nothing is charged again, and when the year ends you can buy another if you want to keep going.

Right now a key activates on one computer. If you get a new computer, write to me and I'll move it.

The trial

The 14-day trial is the full app, free, with no card. Use it to decide whether FleetGrader is worth paying for.

What you can't do

Don't share your key with other people or resell it. Each person who uses FleetGrader needs their own license. Don't try to get around the license check. If a key is posted publicly, shared around, or paid for with a charge that's later reversed, I can switch it off.

Your data

Your fleet files, and the reports FleetGrader makes from them, are yours. The app does its work on your computer. The privacy page lists the little that reaches us.

Check before you act

FleetGrader grades a fleet from the files you give it, and it can be wrong: a vendor changes its export format, or a field is missing. Check anything you're about to act on or send to a client. The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Mediagato LLC's total liability for anything to do with FleetGrader is what you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim. Mediagato LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or a lost client.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of buying, no questions asked. The details are on the refund page.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. A change never takes away something you've already paid for during your license year. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
